We try to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible! If we will not be able to ship within 24 hours, we will email you with expected ship date.
If you need an item ASAP, email us at behappyrockitaway@gmail.com, put URGENT in subject line and information about your order you need mailed out ASAP.
We want everyone to love their experience with Rock It Away and we are here to help if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
All sales are final; we do not offer direct refunds.
We curate our inventory carefully and we offer only those rocks, crystals, jewelry and gifts that we would be happy to receive ourselves. It is normal for rocks and crystals to have druzy’s, inclusions, and fractures, generally such are desired and garner a higher price.
If you received your product in good condition but are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the product, then please review the following details before initiating your return.
*Any items in LIKE NEW condition may be returned within 5 days of delivery date provided by the shipment carrier for shop credit in the amount paid for the item(s). Email us at behappyrockitaway@gmail.com with order number and item information.
*Amounts issued via store credit will NOT include the cost of shipping and will also account for any discount codes or sale costs and will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected to be in LIKE NEW condition.
*All return product shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes the return shipping for the product being sent back and the shipping cost of any items purchased using the issued store credit.
We pack your treasures with care, but rocks can be fragile and sometimes accidents happen. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a broken or damaged item. You must send pictures of the broken item and the packaging it came in within three days of delivery. If the shipping box/package is damaged when it arrives, please send a photo of that as well. We must receive your email and photos within three days of delivery to the shipping address to be eligible for refund or replacement.
Your return item must be returned in the same condition you received it. Any items that come in gift boxes should be returned in the same gift box. Items that arrive in bubble wrap or bubble bags should be carefully repackaged in the same. Additional tissue paper or protective wrap may also be needed. Please make sure there is plenty of packing material around the items to protect them from shifting and breaking during transit. Any product damaged during return shipping will not be eligible for credit or replacement. Please securely package the returning item(s).
If the return arrives without appropriate advance notification, it will not be eligible for refund or credit.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as soaps and beauty products), candles, oils, aromatherapy, incense and smudging products.
Gift cards are not eligible for return.
